Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website, create a Tilrupa account or book an appointment with Tilrupa Aesthetic Clinic. By using the site or booking, you agree to them.

About us

Tilrupa Aesthetic Clinic operates from 457 Church St, North Parramatta. You can contact us at anisha@tilrupa.com or 0497 681 395.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect someone else has signed in. You must be at least 18 years old to book treatments or hold an account.

Bookings and consultations

• A booking is a request until the clinic confirms it. We may need to move or cancel appointments where clinical judgement requires it, and we will offer the next suitable time.
• Every treatment requires a prior complimentary consultation. Treatments are only provided where our clinician considers them safe and appropriate for you.
• Prices shown are indicative. The final price is confirmed by your clinician at consultation and depends on what is actually required on the day.
• Payment is taken at the clinic unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and reschedules

• You can cancel or reschedule from your account at any time up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Within 24 hours we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment.
• If you do not attend without notice, we may charge up to 100%.
• Fees are at the clinic's discretion in genuine emergencies.

Refunds

Where you have paid for a treatment that has not been delivered, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less any fair cancellation fee. We follow the Australian Consumer Law for any complaints about a treatment that did not meet reasonable standards.

Medical information you give us

Treatments depend on the medical history and consent forms you give us. You must share any relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, allergies and prior treatments. If circumstances change, let your clinician know before your next appointment.

Website use

• Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Do not rely on it for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
• You must not use the site to post unlawful content, to attempt to access another person's account, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape it beyond ordinary browsing.
• All content on this site is owned by Tilrupa or its licensors. You may view, print and share it for personal, non-commercial use.

Marketing and reviews

We only post before-and-after images and testimonials where you have given written consent. You can withdraw that consent for any future use by writing to anisha@tilrupa.com.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, Tilrupa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for failures caused by matters outside its reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If the change is material, we will tell you by email where we have your address.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
